It also gives a bit of guidance on the different kinds of steps you can take to help you meditate including listing all of your stressors, which is a great help and resource to most people, including you. There's also a section on really getting into the whole meditation process. They talk about positioning. It also gets into the deeper issues and concerns when it comes to meditating. Therefore, this book is definitely worth the read. I would recommend it to anyone trying meditation for the first time and even old hats at it. It has a few tips and tricks I didn't know about and therefore everyone should read it. There would be a little less stress in the world and a lot more peace. With more peace would. An also with less, stress, you might even have more confidence in yourself and the work that you do. I know I do.

Nice easy read. Good ideas on how to fit this into our busy lifestyles. As a busy mom, I will try this!
I really enjoyed reading this book. Lately I've been feeling very stressed, and it was nice to find a simple way to relax. I like how this book provides examples of real situations about people who meditate because it allows me to connect with the stories in the book and apply the examples to my life. This book also has some sections where you can take notes on goals and other things which is nice because it lets you keep up with ideas that you have and helps you to remember what you want to concentrate on while meditating. This book definitely changed my mind about meditation by informing me about how easy it is to take ten minutes a day to meditate and relax.
I always find meditating difficult. I know it is good to meditate every day but it is so difficult just not to think about anything and get into the state.
